FAQ

Are Jim Dines’ photographs available with his signature?
Fine-art prints, sizes 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x30", 30"x40" and panoramic images, include Jim Dines’ signature at no additional charge.

What type of paper does Jim Dines use to print photographs?
Fine-art prints, sizes 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x30", 30"x40" and panoramic images, are printed on the premier photographic paper: Fuji Crystal Archive. Artist proofs, size 8"x10", are printed on premium, glossy photo paper.

Does Jim Dines offer limited editions?
Since limited editions do not inherently add value to your art and must sell out completely in order to benefit the collector, Jim prefers not to restrict the manner in which his images are offered. This allows him to take advantage of new technology as it becomes available to continually offer only the best to his collectors.

What format does Jim prefer?
The majority of images have been captured using 35 mm film; however, he also uses the Hasselblad panoramic camera to capture panoramic images and transitioned primarily to digital format in 2005.

How are my photographs shipped?
Images are generally shipped via Unishippers® (DHL) for international shipments and UPS for all domestic shipments unless a buyer requests otherwise. We do not use USPS at all. No exceptions. (Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes.)
